Dormancy Requirement - The reward is only available to users who have logged out of SIMOSA and remained logged out for a minimum of 30 consecutive days.
Parent Number Eligibility - In cases where multiple numbers are linked to a single SIMOSA account, only the primary number is eligible to claim the reward, provided it meets the above dormancy criteria.
Prepaid Users Only - This reward is exclusively available to prepaid users who meet all the conditions outlined above.
Daily Reward Compatibility - Users eligible for this reward will still be able to collect their daily rewards within the SIMOSA app.
Reward Tracking - Once claimed, the 1GB and 100 Jazz minutes reward will be visible in the "Usage Details" section of the SIMOSA app for the relevant number.
Data Validity - This data will be valid to use for 2 days.
