The term “Purchase of Sim” means procuring/acquiring connection to the network of PMCL by a customer for availing telecommunication and other related services from PMCL. SIM always remains the property of PMCL and by issuing SIM to customer, only rights to use are given and no ownership is transferred to the customer in any manner, whatsoever. The customer is bound to return the SIM to PMCL in case he stops using service or agreement is terminated or he changes the network through MNP.

If you want to purchase a new Jazz SIM, and you are a:

  • Pakistani Citizen: A copy of your CNIC would be required along with your presence for biometric verification through fingerprint
  • Foreigner: Your original passport would be required with a valid visa
  • Overseas Pakistani: A copy of your NICOP would be required
  • Afghani Citizen: Original Afghan card issued by NADRA is required along with your presence for biometric verification through fingerprint.

If you want to purchase a postpaid SIM, the following documents would be required in addition to the requirements stated above:

  • A deposit would be required as per the package plan selected by you.
  • NOTE: Minimum amount to be deposited is Rs.1000.

  • Dial the following dial code: *444*6*2#; or
  • Send “4” on our WhatsApp Self Service number [03003008000] (after sending “Hi”); or
  • Open Jazz World app’s homepage; or
  • Dial 111 helpline (Charges Rs 0.72) to hear the balance details.

To check your current postpaid bill, you can do any of the following:

  • Dial the following dial code: *1111# and receive billing details via SMS; or
  • Send “1” on our WhatsApp Self Service number [03003008000] (after sending “Hi”); or
  • Open Jazz World app’s homepage; or
  • Dial 777 helpline to hear your bill details.

If you are a prepaid user, you can recharge your account by doing any of the following:

Pressing “Tap to Recharge” on Jazz World app’s homepage and recharge via JazzCash/ Credit or Debit Card/ Scratch Card; or

Sending “6” on our WhatsApp Self Service number [03003008000] (after sending “Hi”) to recharge via scratch card or Jazz Cash account; or

By pressing the “Mobile loads & bundles” option in Jazz Cash application; or

Using Jazz scratch card available at any shop; or

By visiting any 1-Link ATM nearest to your location; or

Use your online banking application to top-up your Jazz prepaid mobile account.

If you are a postpaid user, you can pay your bill via any of the following:

By pressing “Pay Bill” option on Jazz World app and pay via JazzCash/ Credit or Debit Card/ Scratch Card;

By sending “4” on our WhatsApp Self Service number [03003008000] (after sending “Hi”) to pay bill via scratch card or Jazz Cash account; or

By pressing the “Mobile loads & bundles” option in Jazz Cash application; or

Using Jazz scratch card available at any shop; or

Using Jazz load service by visiting nearest retailer; or

By Direct Debit; or

By visiting any 1-Link ATM nearest to your location; or

Use your online banking application to pay your Jazz postpaid bill.

Send “5” on our WhatsApp Self Service number [03003008000] (after sending “Hi”) to receive call history; or

Dial 111 helpline and press “5”.

If you are a postpaid customer, you can do any of the following to check your usage details:

Send “2” on our WhatsApp Self Service number [03003008000] (after sending “Hi”) to receive your monthly invoice; or

Dial the following dial code: *1111# and receive usage details via SMS; or

Dial 777 helpline and press “3”.

A Value Added Service (VAS) means all other services provided by Jazz other than our core services (data, call & SMS). If you are a prepaid customer, you can:

Dial the following dial code: *444# and view our bundles; or

Send “1” or “2” on our WhatsApp Self Service number [03003008000] (after sending “Hi”) to receive our bundles; or

View “Packages” option in Jazz World app that has a list of all bundles; or

Dial 111 helpline and press “5” to know about our internet bundles.

If you are a postpaid customer, you can:

Dial the following dial code: *446*2# and view our internet bundles; or

View “Packages” option in Jazz World app and select your favorite bundle; or

Dial 777 helpline and press “4” to know about our internet bundles.

If you are a prepaid customer, dial the following dial code: *444*6*5# to receive internet settings via SMS.

If you are a postpaid customer, dial the following dial code: *446*4# to receive internet settings via SMS.

Your prepaid balance would not expire if you do not perform any activity (call, SMS, use internet) for unlimited validity. There is no expiry of prepaid balance.
