Jazz is facilitating for change of ownership of SIMs from deceased customer’s CNIC to his/her legal heir at its nationwide customer experience centers and franchises. Relatives of deceased customer can visit the nearest Jazz Experience Center and/franchise for getting the ownership transferred after necessary documentation/verification.
Only blood relative (as per family registration certificate) can transfer Ownership to his name where existing owner is deceased
Original family registration certificate (FRC) needs to be presented to verify family tree
NOC/Affidavit by other family members in favor of transferee (as per FRC)
Original CNIC of deceased (only where original CNIC copy is submitted clear copies are acceptable)
Original CNIC of transferee
Signed undertaking shall be taken from applicant (transferee) at Jazz Experience centers / Franchises as per format acceptable to Jazz
Death certificate (issued by Govt. body like Union Council and/or NADRA

The word “super” is being used as an adjective to describe Jazz data products/services keeping in view its marketing strategy and nature of products/services. Jazz is providing 4G services as per the technical standards prescribed in its license.
The term “Purchase of SIM” means procuring/acquiring connection to the network of PMCL by a customer for availing telecommunication and other related services from PMCL. SIM always remains the property of PMCL and by issuing SIM to customer, only rights to use are given and no ownership is transferred to the customer in any manner, whatsoever. The customer is bound to return the SIM to PMCL in case he stops using service or agreement is terminated or he changes the network through MNP.
A Value Added Service (VAS) means all other services provided by Jazz other than our core services (data, call & SMS). Your prepaid balance would not expire if you do not perform any activity (call, SMS, use internet) for unlimited validity. There is no expiry of prepaid balance.
A dispute relating to change of ownership/transfer of connection without consent can be lodged within 30 days of such change/transfer of connection along with supporting proofs, and any dispute if raised after 30 days will not be entertained.
A complaint with respect to activation of any VAS without consent and/or for refund of amount charged for such VAS/telecom service can be lodged immediately but not later than maximum 60 days of such activation along with supporting proofs, and any complaint if raised after 60 days will not be entertained due to system constraints and being older in time.”
