Warranty Process

The customers with faulty Jazz devices from the below mentioned cities will be served in their respective City Service Centers. Customers from other than these cities can directly dispatch the devices to GadgeIT Service Centers Islamabad via M&P Account (280056). If device is under warranty then device will be repaired and dispatched to customer address and if device found physical/water damaged, burnt then repairing charges will be shared with customer. If customer agrees to pay, then the device will be repaired and dispatched to customer through Cash on Delivery Model of M&P.

  • Validity & Usage Priority:
    • Validity of dedicated MB quota for night usage (1am-9am) & all day usage (24hr) will be 30days
    • Dedicated MB quota for night usage (1am-9am) will have higher usage priority
    • Once night quota is consumed, usage will be done from quota available for 24hrs
  • Customer will continue to get subscription, usage notification SMS on their MBB and Other Contact Number
    • Threshold usage and expiry notifications will be triggered as per all day usage (24hr) quota
    • Updated SMS will contain details of MB quota for night usage (1am-9am) and all day usage (24hr)
  • Double Data GBs are valid for all new subscriptions by any new & existing customer; existing subscriptions will be valid as per old quota & validities
  • PAYG & Overage charging is not allowed on MBB SIM & Data SIM, customers need to subscribe bundles for uninterrupted internet connectivity
  • On re-subscription within bundle validity, any remaining MBs will be added & validity will be as per new bundle
  • Multiple subscriptions of 3 month & 6 month bundle are not allowed, users can simultaneously subscribe to any other bundle
  • In case of 3 & 6 Months bundle, volume quota will not be carried forward from one 30day cycle to another, i.e. any remaining MBs will expire after every cycle
  • Actual Internet speed will depend on multiple factors like device, web pages accessed, time of day, number of simultaneous users, distance from site etc.

MBB Other Contact Number is your mobile phone number tagged with your MBB device. This number can be a Jazz or other operator’s mobile number, however, if you have a Jazz number registered as your MBB Contact Number you can use USSD Menu *6363# to:

  • Recharge your MBB device
  • Subscribe to MBB bundles
  • Check remaining MBs of your MBB Bundles

Q) Can I avail OCN Bundle Plus Offer if my MBB Other Contact Number is other than Jazz/Warid prepaid number?

No, you will only get FREE GBs if you have registered a valid Jazz/Warid prepaid number as your Other Contact Number before subscribing to an MBB bundle

Eligibility Rules:
  • Subscribe to Jazz 4G WiFi device bundles and get 50GB Free night data on your 3rd subscription
  • To check subscription count status dial *117*8*2# from MBB Device
  • Counter will update on successful activation of selected MBB Bundles: MBB Basic, MBB Regular, MBB Heavy, MBB LBC, MBB Super LBC, MBB 3Month & MBB 6Month bundles
  • For 3 & 6 month bundles subscription will be counted as one and staggered benefit for next months will not be counted as subscription
  • Counter will be reset after 3rd subscription, and the cycle will restart again as next subscription will again count as 1st
