SIMOSA Achieves 20M Monthly Active Users as Pakistan’s Largest Homegrown App

ISLAMABAD – Jan 1, 2025: SIMOSA, Pakistan's largest homegrown SIM-care and digital lifestyle app powered by the country’s leading digital operator, Jazz, has reached the extraordinary milestone of 20 million monthly active users (MAUs) in 2024. Revamped from Jazz World to SIMOSA (SIM One Stop App) earlier this year, the app executed the region’s largest digital transition while elevating user experience across mobile networks. SIMOSA serves as a multipurpose platform, integrating SIM care, lifestyle, learning, health, discounts, and entertainment into a single, cohesive digital ecosystem, offering unparalleled convenience and enriched everyday living.

The app has maintained its position as Pakistan’s number one lifestyle app, engaging 20 million monthly active users (MAUs) and 6 million daily active users (DAUs). Despite the significant transition from Jazz World to SIMOSA, the platform retained its 4.4 app rating, showcasing users’ trust and satisfaction.

Over 80% of Jazz customers downloaded their tax certificates through SIMOSA, representing 33% of Pakistan’s tax filer base. The platform’s smarter self-service feature facilitated 100 million transactions, a 35% increase from last year.
